Went for Covid-19 vaccine. @ V plaza Very well organized and friendly staff. Considering it was for a vaccination it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks to all the Doctors, Nurses and staff.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star but unfortunately wont be able to submit this post without 1 at least…

Went for drive thru pcr where all the staff were sitting down on their phones’ fb app or watching some video. Had to get out of the car to get attention. (Whats the point of drive thru??) after they did the nose swab (done in the car) they just left, without even explaining how we get out results, what to expect. Had to get out the car again to ask, of which they were ready to sit back down and pull up their phones.

Fast forward 3 hrs, Results out, they forgot to include passport number despite asking me already what the pcr is for, and even asking what airlines etc. not to mention they took a photo of my passport ID page already.

Not to mention their cost is higher than hospitals closer to the city centre. If u can avoid they highly advise not to come here.

Polite, efficient, and professional service. The doctors are knowledgeable, helpful and seem genuinely caring. I have been to this hospital on multiple occasions and it’s always been a comfortable visit. Highly recommended.

This hospital is just in the good location. Services are not good. No system or anything that engage with patient. However nurses are nice

I got COVID-19 vaccine from this hospital. The process was shorter than I was expected. The nurses were friendly and professional.

This hospital is better than the major ones I've been to in America (East Coast), Australia (Melbourne) and also in Norway (Lillehammer). The have shuttles that take you between the wings as it is so large and also take extra care to make sure you get what you need. Because I didn't speak thai I made sure I wrote down what my symptoms were and also my pre existing conditions. For other Foreigners who are visiting this area make note of a couple of notes: 1) Bring your passport, 2) Make sure you know your blood type and know your address and phone number IN THAILAND and a person you can contact IN THAILAND. I started at 10:30am and finished up with payment and medication by 11:45am. Pricing is CHEAPER than if I had insurance in any of the countries mentioned and travel insurance. Check up, medication, follow up appointments and also testing cost 1,500 BHAT. They also have food and shopping inside the hospital should you need to wait for someone, hand sanitizer and also water is free and in self serve sealed cups while you wait. I HIGHLY recommend you go to this PRIVATE hospital when in the area.

V Precision on the 9th floor is terrible !! They invited me for health check up for free. However, after recover from Covid infection, I felt too tired to answer 100 questions prior to check up. Then they rejected and chased me out. I have been your customer for many years, it's time to end.
