I stayed there for 3 nights. What I liked about this hotel was the location - it’s so perfect to commute around Bangkok as the MRT station is right in front the hotel. Plus, the shopping malls, restaurants and convenience stores are in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was great. The room was also comfortable and the shower was perfect. Hot/cold shower was powerful that I could use it to massage my back. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

I had a good stay. If you like staying in a much quite area like I am, then you'll probably like it here. Easy access to gym and pool, the ac in my room was doing its job well, and the breakfast was so good! It has a 7 eleven store outside and there's also a mall on the opposite side of the hotel. The train station is just 150 meters from the place, so it's very convenient to go anywhere.

Modern and clean with great price. Rare find in Bangkok. I don't know why this is only 3 star hotel. I stayed in another hotel prior to this one which was supposed to be 5 star. This hotel easily trumps that one. Be careful the start ratings in BK they are misleading. This hotel also takes COVID seriously with all bases covered including the breakfast buffet. Well done team!! Wonderful stay will return.

Lovely hot in very nice area. Not many western people but there is great transport service with MRT just round corner and BTS 4 minutes walk .
The hotel is very nice clean the staff very friendly hardworking and very caring.
There is an independent cafe downstairs with few more shops like dentist beauty salon and lovely sushi place that is so nice and the staff in the restaurant are super.
The hotel got a nice pool and amazing gym and the breakfast is good and with crest variety of food and clean and fresh

Pros - friendly and welcoming staff, spacious room, toiletries included, nice pool

Cons - little things like the shower not being fitted so water comes out the handle as well as the head, holes in the sheets, hair on the end tables. Guests were also quite noisy throughout the night so I didn't sleep well.

The staff is not friendly at all. I had emailed the staff about the test and go policy. According to the government there is no more test u0026 go policy starting from 1st May 2022. I asked about if there is any changes to my booking without mentioning i would like to cancel it. However, the staff replied to me and said that they didn’t receive any information from the government and they also said if I insist to cancel, i need to contact Agoda myself.

The point is that I have never mentioned anything about “cancellation”

The staff made me feel like I am not welcome to the hotel and it is really rude to reply to customer like this.

We were there for our Day 1 test u0026 go. Ms Sangsorojsuk was very helpful and quick in emailing and answering our queries, especially when 2 of our Thailand Pass Applications approval were delayed.

There were some hiccups when we were at the airport. We could not find the representative and had to call for help. After the representative came, we had to wait another 10-20 mins more before being brought to our transport.

From there on, it was great. We were brought to an outdoor swabbing centre, and then to the hotel. We ordered room service and it was quick. The frontdesk was friendly to help us when we ordered Mcdonalds thru Grab, and also when we really wanted to know if our PCR results were out (around 8 hours). As we were released quite quickly, we could even join the buffet breakfast at level 6 the next morning.

We checked out and checked into shared rooms the next day. My friend accidentally left his money on the frontdesk counter and we thought it was lost. Turns out, the frontdesk staff have helped to keep it and kindly returned it to him. We were so impressed and glad for the honesty!

The hotel rooms were very clean, and very nice. The walls are slightly thin, but as per every other hotels.

I would love to return my stay at The Quarter Ladprao during my next visit to Thailand. Thank you for the great service!
