This is a great store with helpful and attentive staff. I went to look at an Insta 360 One X and was shown the unit as well as all the accessories available. The two women that helped me were very patient as we had a bit of a language barrier, but they both did their best in helping me compare specs and answer my questions.

The shop is little so there is no room to browse, you need to know what you want to look at and then the staff will bring the items to a table outside for your evaluation.

I’m very happy with my purchase and their prices are very reasonable as well.

Oct 2022. Drove 1 hour out from Bangkok to purchase an Elgato microphone boom stand. Was not allowed in the shop (Covid). No demonstration units available. Was shown a brown box. Not allowed to open and see the product because it would break Sellotape seal. Worst service for a long time. Will not purchase from here.

I went in today to inquire about several items that I was ready to purchase today and I have to say that the service of the two individuals were very rude. You really shouldn't mock and insult your customers. They thought I didn't and couldn't understand. Yes I am a foreigner but I was treating them with respect and they should do the same. If they didn't want to answer my questions then they really shouldn't be working in sales.
They lost out on a good 20,000baht sale right there and perhaps a repeat customer.

I will never recomend this place to anyone if they want to get a drone. The products themselves are legit and in good conditions, yet the problems are their services. They keep changing their policy. Promises and words mean nothing here. Staffs are nice but their management is awful.

Awesome guys at the store! They fixed my remote control of the spark within minutes! Go there if you have a problem with your dji equipment!

Great service.
I went quickly today to buy the mavic mini charger before my onward journey.
The staff were extremely helpful and had the items I wanted moreover, they were so pleased to help and offer advice.
I highly recommend this little tech shop.
