Rooms are around thb4,000 per month. Electricity is however more expensive at thb8 per unit. Water is thb150 per montha and management fee is thb200 per month.

Each room is about 250 square feet which includes room, a toilet and balcony. Each room comes equipped with ned and furniture.
Security is quite good and there are limited car park spaces, around 10 spaces.
It is near to Tesco Lotus Wang Hin and has many restaurants around the apartment.
Overall, a nice place to stay where it is not noisy and has easy access to Bangkok city centre.
Central Lad Prao and Union Mall are the nearest prominent shopping centres within easy reach.
