This is an excellent gym. It's pretty big, and it's the second floor of a building. They have a good free weight section, and a lot of very good machines. There are showers and complimentary lockers. There's a floor-mounted heavy bag, too. There are always a few people here, but it's never been too crowded. The people who work here are really friendly, too. Right now it costs 100 baht a day, which is an awesome deal. It's not too big, and not too small, so it's a perfect sized gym for me.
