Brilliant gym. Has aircon and plenty of equipment. Been there around 6pm and wasn't busy at all. Staff was also helpful. 300 baht day pass is, reasonable for such place.

NEW Locations. Bigger and better! Group lessons are fun. The gym has three floors and the equipment is great. I believe it is USA equipment and not Chinese. It is a comfortable and safe place to exercise. The owner ,staff and members are nice and funny

Luckily they had a trainer that could speak English. Just few minutes from our home. Glad to be working out again.

This location is very fantastic on Charunsanitwong Road near Thapra and Soi Charun 13. There are many of gym equipment and interesting activities in a class.

The price is fair and a very nice staff.
