We had a bad experience. We book a monthly room. After we pay the deposit The staff inform us that we had to pay rent and additional charges for washing sheets and towels. Why didn't you provide information in the first place!!! In the case of daily stays as well after the rental payment has been made. The staff later informed that If you want to use the swimming pool, you have to pay extra!!, The air conditioner in the room is old and noisy with dripping water, water heater in the bathroom. can't adjust the temperature , Many of the equipment in the room was damaged. Definitely not going back to stay again. ????????

Sivalai place staff and crew are all nice and accommodating, you can see a genuine smile in their face and some of them can speak English very well.

Swimming pool is nice and with high standard,
Tennis court are all in good condition.
Fitness gym hmmm i can rate 6.5 out of 10
Rooms are great!

I can't say enough good things about the Sivalai Place and it's owner and staff. From the moment I arrived in Bangkok, it felt like home away from home. The people are really nice and super helpful especially if you got dropped in a big city like Bangkok for the first time. Besides the food from the restaurant (Little Chef) is great! And always served with a smile. :)

The Sivalai Place has done an amazing job from top to bottom. It is really special if you consider the fact that you can have a beautiful premise in a beautiful location and still set yourself miles apart with an amazing staff and wonderful service.

The rooms are comfortable and well designed, all including A/C and comfortable showers. In my opinion the best part of the Sivalai Place is the rooftop terrace. Almost every night I go up there to meet with some friends, or just enjoy the amazing view of the skyline by myself.

Thank you Sivalai Place for an amazing stay. I will definitely visit you again when I come back to Bangkok one day.

The pool is fantastic. Friendly staff. Convenient and reasonable restaurant downstairs for stay in days. My kids like it here. They clean the place all the time and are very helpful. Limited English for most staff but we manage just fine. The neighborhood is safe.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area in the city of bangkok. It’s obvious that the whole establishment is very well maintained. The staff could not have been more helpful. I stayed for weeks at friends' condos and I was treated so fair and even got keys for the apartment without any additional fees. We had a lovely time.

Our apartment was not serviced but was extremely easy to keep clean. Staff: Could not be more helpful. We were a great group of students and friends while staying there and did so ***y fun things together during our stay. Thank you to all at Sivalai Place for a great place to stay.

The furniture and even the doors themselves were really beautiful. Sivalai Place is not too far from Grand Palace and Mall. The staff arranged for extremely easy and reliable transfers to and from the airport. The prices are amazingly affordable specially with the extras you get, such as the gym, swimming pool etc.
