Went today, food was great, until a baby cockroach appeared on the table. And all they did was apologise and changed tables. I did not expect compensations, but I definitely expect more than this. This is a buffet place, with food out in the open, so hygiene is definitely a major issue. A shame, the food was quite good, but I would not visit ever again.

I got some curious about the order I asked. I choose super premium set that I would like to try on the best food. First and second rounds I ordered Wagyu chuck roll, I got same dish as picture (square dish) . There were good taste but in my mind ' is this the best that I pay for extra?' whatever, I ordered 3th round, I got different kind of dish (big size of Wagyu in round disk) and the taste was so good than the past. I love that so much. I asked the staff that what kind of this. She said 'it is Wagyu chuck roll' . I was surprised that if this was Wagyu chuck roll so what were 2 dishes I ate? The answer I got is that 2 dishes I got is only Wagyu (in premium set in square dish). I thought that was OK, may be the staff didn't hear my order and gave me the wrong one. OK, forget it, I order Wagyu chuck roll for 2 dishes. These last 2 dishes made me feel awful. The taste was different from the past. They were bad smell, bad taste, sticky for me. I was confirmed that these is Wagyu chuck roll from staff when I asked for comfirming. (I had to eat sticky stuff that I didn't like 2 dishes!!! These make me feel not good).

This was my experience, i only had good Wagyu chuck roll 1 dish from 5. I really don't know that all I had ate is Wagyu, or not. I never eat it in the past. Sorry that I can't classify them. I just known at that time that I had ate different taste of them in each dish. In my idea, if I ordered Wagyu chuck roll, I should got the same taste even they serve in each round. Ps. Since 2nd round I ordered only Wagyu chuck roll, no way that they got wrong order from me.

Bad.. just bad.. the table was too smelly, just like dirty clothes left for like a week. And the meat didn't taste fresh..the "premium" beef are just a rip off! paid 1600 for 2 persons definitely not worth the price that is given.. I'd pay 300+ for this not 700+

Paradise for beef lovers. There are varieties of everything to choose from starting with selections of beefs, delicious side dishes for instance fried rice, fried noodles and deep fried menus.

I recommend you to order the whole lot at once! because your orders might get clogged once the restaurant is filled. You need to chase for orders that do not arrive too.

Service is just okay I know how frustrating the staff can get when orders flogging in at the same time (Momoparadise is good at this, I wonder how they train the staff to keep smiling)

Soup base for hot pot was quite nice. Various choices of food other than meat options were reasonable. There was a pancake maker and ice cream and gelato were served as dessert. Hope to have at least an English speaking staff though.

The quality of food is as poor as the service.
I feel waste of time and money.
