Compared to the price and other , this is a bad Virgin Active.
The class is still great by the way. Trainers are great.
Staffs are ok.

The interior design can be a lot better.

But there's a lot of equipment - must be great for bodybuilder.

+ No Towel
+ No Apparel
+ No Key to lock the locker (..meh)
+ No salt bed room.

FAIL! No towel service, No gym clothes, limited facility. The staff was friendly and informed me before I checked in but that was the only positive thing from this experience.

I’m not sure why I’m paying a premium for Virgin Active in Thailand. Seems I’m always disappointed with their facilities.

Good group exercise, nice staff but you have to prepare your clothes and towels including key for your locker
