Well this was my first visit. And I absolutely loved it. The place is actually samut prakan I think I pronounced correctly !! It's a bit outskirt. Anyway u have 7 eleven store right in front of it to eat great foods, coffee, hard drinks and so much more. 7 eleven reviews I ll write elsewhere.
The hotel is very beautiful, luxurious and. Spacious. Has good balcony view. Rooms r big, facilities good. Eating area is good. lifts r spacious. Tap water is fine as well. They have room service too.

Front desk agent really rude even yelling me. But facilities are really new and good. That’s why I didn’t give 1 star.

Airport transfer and Housekeeping team were excellent!
Front Desk was good. Bell and Room services were very accommodating.
I love their garden salad. Fresh, clean and crisp!
Very ideal for incoming travellers.

We ended up here due to our first booking in Bangkok refused the test and go scheme on Arrival. At the aiport we ended up discussing our issues with hotel ambassadors which helped with our enquiry and helped us get to o2 Luxury.
We paid at the airport 3.500 BHT EACH for accomodation, 3 meals and X2 PCR tests and travel to the hotel.
On arrival we were temperature checked and given information that we had to sign to say if anyone came back positive you would be isolated and collected by ambulance, taken to a hospital where you would have to stay for 14 days. If negative you had the choice of checking out there and then OR staying over night and leaving by 12pm the next day, however you could not leave your room at any time during your overnight stay.

With being jet lagged, we slept for a few hours, meals were supposed to be given at certain times but always came earlier. this made us hungry at a later stage, we requested snacks but this was denied, alcohol is also denied. The sheet of information we were given on arrival explained to call 6001/6002 or download via QR code 3 different types of apps to get in touch with our hotel whilst isolating, WECHAT was more of a success, however, our request was not accepted. After speaking with cleaning staff on the botom floor from our balcony we were then told the number ( 0 ) is used to contact reception. Our stay would of been made easier without the language barrier but using google translate and a few giggles we managed to recieve extra teabags and coffee cream to our room by 5am.
The sink and toilet was leaking but i think we were just unlucky. X2 1.5 litres of bottled water was in our room, there was an empty fridge, thai tele and a hairdryer with small bathroom toiletries were also included.

Everything was clean and we had no issues with staff memebers here. I think if we had more understanding and information before arriving we would of been more at peace. I would still recommend coming here for your first day of isolation once reading all the reviews.

Avoid this hotel if possible. I think if I spoke Thai, it might be better, but our experience here has not been great. We were supposed to test and go, but ended up in quarantine because of unreasonable demands. I feel they are trying to trap people here. Uncomfortable beds and furniture and blah food. I really wish we had chosen a different hotel

I did the quarantine here last year. I really like this hotel, that's why I have done the quarantine time again this year. The staff are great. The food is good. If you are still hungry, you can order from the hotel menu or they arrange for you to order from big c. The room last year was great but this year they have put me in a bigger and better room at no extra cost. It's not far from the airport, around 20 minutes. If you bring a laptop, bring a HDMI lead and you can hook upto the TV. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
