While returning to Japan, we stayed at the MIRACLE TRANSIT HOTEL on 3rd September, 2022. All the staff was very polite and helpful except the one Male Staff who asked very rudely about our Breakfast Ticket.
However, the hotel is highly recommended, as this one is located in quiet place and you can relax and even have shower.

The room was sparse and large, very basic room but if your there for just a few hours and to get sine sleep then it's ok . Hard to locate from airport and the cost for my husband and I for 6 hours was 4000 baht.i would have liked a bathroom and at least a TV in the room.

Reception told me no room available , only suite which costs around $150 for 4 hours. If more hours maybe cost an extra flight ticket. 1 star from me

6 hours room (612) Yesterday for more than 125€ with no shower, poor internet connection, noise of hammer because in renovation, inadmissible !!!!

i had 18hrs of waiting at the airport so i wanted to book this hotel but strangely all the rooms are not available!!! for months and months!!! what’s going on!?

I am surprised at the four star ratings given the price and service provided. For the same money you can stay downtown at a very nice hotel where you can get a cup of coffee in the lounge without being charged. Rooms are small and if you do not have the time to shift to a real hotel are ok. Given we had a short layover it did not seem to make sense to drag the family downtown to a real hotel but in hindsight next time will make the effort. The only advantage I see is you do not need to go through immigration and can stay at the airport. If you have the time cheaper and much nicer alternatives can be found all over Bangkok.

This is the only hotel in the terminal so zero ****s given. I didn't expect much for the design of an airport hotel but I did expect much better service. It is big, sterile and easy to access (but note there are locations on both Concourse A and G) . Bathroom should be cleaner. Air-conditioning is controlled by the airport so cannot be turned down or off. Staff are indifferent because they don't have to try. At many points in the room there are signs in your face reminding you of potential damage charges. For an 140USD capped eight hour stay there are no basics like a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room or a hairdryer. Breakfast is not breakfast but a coupon for a 'light refreshment'... another cost saving mess. An egg on toast would have helped a bit, a local dish a lot! You are paying for a passable bed where you can sleep on your layover. No one iota more.
