First of all, it smells. It smells of burnt rubber. It's like there's a huge factory running for 24 hours right in front of the hotel.

Secondly, there was a lizard on top of the lift.

Next, there was no welcome drink.

In addition, it was far from everything. The airport, the shopping mall (Central village). It seems to be complicated, the roads and when I took the cab ride on the way to the mall, it was 100 Baht but when I went back to the hotel from the mall, it cost me a whopping double of 200 Baht.

The only acceptable thing about this place was there was a shuttle bus that was for free.

I did the test u0026 go program in this hotel and stayed for a night. Everything went smooth, the staff was well organized and very friendly. The room is spacious and the food was quite delicious. Big extra for smokers: every room has a balcony with an ashtray. Highly recommended.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. They keep the hallways and rooms at outside temps until you get in and then it takes many hours for rooms to cool down. Have you tried sleeping at a humid 90 degrees before after a long flight?

I guess that is the temp that cockroaches love because you’ll see plenty of those here. Dirty rooms. Yuck.

Great place for overnight stay if you have flight the next day. Helpful staff at the airport and at the hotel to assist you and provide you with shuttle service to and from the airport for free.
AC was slow in cooling and location can be an issue if you want to travel to the city center.

Hotel is allegedly 5 stars however at best due to the basic quality of the rooms and the average quality of the food I would not award it more than 3 stars however, the restaurant staff are attentive and friendly as are the airport shuttle staff, the bar is nice and the gym has reasonable quality equipment.

Super friendly people here especially at the front desk . Room is also nice . Price wise is affordable . Transportation can be arrange easily too.

Property good room spacious amenities good however if you are vegan or vegetarian this place is not for you… no menu related to vegan/ vegetarian not even the breakfast (buffet) and catering staff does not cater to your needs….
