Mehdi scumbag hard to reason with, wanted to share one room for 2 persons but refused and made us pay for 2 rooms. Also it said running and training in the mountains and much more. Fake compared to what was promised

I trained there for 3 days. Good equipment and clean gym. Friendly staff. Two trainer I had spoke bad English, training is based more on showing and repeating, than explaining. What I really didn’t like is the fact that the trainers pretend a quick understanding which is difficult without explanations. I ended my training there and moved to another gym in Pattaya.

Im a 45 years old K-1, Boxing and Muay Thai addict. As a current coach and Iranian 90’s national champion I’d highly recommend this club.
After my first visit in Thailand, I’ve tried few other clubs, but overall this was my favourite so far.
I am an experienced personal trainer and train my clients in my own gym in LondonUK since 2003, all Boxing/Dutch Kickboxing and fitness coach, I loved the way they ran the session with so many different levels in terms of experience/age and fitness level.
The routine was simple but Real old school:
Warm up, keep busy bag or shadow until the trainer takes you on the pad 3 rounds (they push you to your limits without killing you.) continue bag and techniques with others.
3 rounds of sparring.
3 rounds of conditioning including core.
Don’t worry if your very experienced they’ll treat you well.
Wicked session.
Wicked facilities.
