It was once a four-star place, now it had been let go and not so well maintained. Interesting history though. You can really see how this place was once more glitzy. The pool is pretty clean, but not up to my standards as I am pretty aware of water cleanliness. But it wasn't as dirty as some places I have been. I still went swimming every day. The cleaning ladies are friendly and work hard, don' forget to leave them a tip!

Overall I would recommend this place for some quiet solitude in the madness of Pattaya. Not close to the beach though I did walk there a few times. Took about an hour! But hey, life is about adventure right! Get out and go for a walk!

Our family had a great experience here. Warm welcoming and helpful staff, the rooms were comfortable and homely and it had great air conditioning. We loved staying in the traditional Thai rooms. Great location close to 7 Eleven and other convenience stores and not very far from the very popular markets here. We had a very relaxing holiday here, thank you so much Deeden, we will be back !

Room was not upto the mark!
They were good at the begaining but during the last days of my stay they started behaving abnormaly and rudely.
No intercom to contact with reception desk u0026 poor quality of staff response :)

I was turned away due to not having vax. Place across the road welcomed my money.

Shower was finicky and beds were a little firm. The wireless would drop randomly and switch to another WiFi. Rooms were really spacious though and had a nice traditional Thai vibe to them. Would stay at again.

Really poor rooms. The minute we walked in we saw water on the floor and mosquitoes flying. The a/c wasn't cooling enough. Although the room is cheap, the service was cheap too.

Nice place pool hot tub cable such but get some channels that's okay quiet area
