Amazing experience! After the booking website messed up our booking the hotel accommodated us still and even upgraded our room. The bathtub is amazing, big enough for two! The morning breakfast buffet is so good, loads of options but Thai and western. The bed feels like a cloud, amazing mattress topper:) the pool view is so great especially at sunset and there margs taste real. Overall, great way to end a week of vacation. Definitely will be back

Beautiful place, large rooms with great facilities. Only stayed for one night due to time restraints but would definitely come back again for multiple days.
Plenty of markets and stores around to explore at night, and the beach is within walking distance should you want to take a dip. An outdoor rooftop swimming pool is available with a nice view of the beach. Restaurant inside the hotel is really classy and tasty, with a seafood buffet available.

The bed is exceptional! Be prepared for a dreamy and delightful night's rest.

I could not get the shower to give me hot water :(

Very attractive pool! I love the palm trees cascading along the length of the entire pool.

The lobby is very Bland sterile and no where too comfortable to sit.

The salt water fish tank in the dining room is definitely the highlight of my stay.

Nice 5 Star hotel with beautiful view.
Need some detailing to do tough.
"Going Greener" but the staff changed our towels anyway ........ even with the "do not disturb" sign on.
I personally missed a hot and cold water mixer in the shower.
Why not put a Pu0026S set on each table in the restaurant? Now guests have to share 1 set for the whole room.

Walking distance to 7-11 and lotus express (within 5min)..quiet area and dongtan beach

Great service, breathtakingly beautiful facility, and excellent access to the beach. The are is a little bit touristy, so prices are slightly higher for food, etc., but the proximity to the beach is well worth it. Not very crowded when we went in November. The gym is sufficient, though it's not very well cooled, so dress light! The rooftop pool is beautiful and had a great view as well.

Very modern deluxe hotel in Pratumnak. One minute walk from the beach. Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms average size and with all amenities. Lovely rooftop pool and restaurant. It's not my favorite type of hotel as it is so modern and formal while I prefer smaller casual hotels. Helpful and friendly staff were terrific during my stay here.
