Location: excellent (less than 5mins walking distance to the walking street)

Bed: clean and comfortable, however the surface around the bed is dusty and dirty, specially the top part.

Floor: ok but it can get more cleaner

Staff: very friendly and helpful, specially the ones who were working during breakfast buffet.

Price: reasonable (great offering for its low price)

Breakfast: great, the lady who makes omelette is very friendly and kind

If this hotel can focus little bit more on the cleanliness then it would get 5 stars for sure but overall we were very happy with our stay at this hotel

This hotel is great in my assessment. All the staff are nice u0026 well behaved. They gave us an excellent reception u0026 all. One feels like going there again. Two friends u0026 I stayed there for 4 nights. We are very happy that we selected this hotel for our stay in Pattaya.

Property - 5/5
Excellent location near to Walking street and Pattaya beach. Upkeep of the property was excellent, especially, the swimming pool, which was a highlight. Beautiful ambience at the reception, good for various photographs and gives you luxury feel about the property. Very good hygiene in the property overall inside and outside the room.
Note: early check-in is available but its on a chargeable basis of 500Baht.

Food - 3/5
Very average quality of food, decent spread for vegetarians (breakfast) but long wait for re-fill. Even the al-a-carte order was underwhelming, it was served just warm and spaghetti was literally noodles served with tomato puree on top and this took them 30mins to serve.

It's India away from India. So many indian restaurants. Very close to Walking street and beach road. Ripley's is very near. Nice and cozy stay. The staff was so nice to us, especially to my infant. Should be considered for longer stays.

Best hotel at reasonable price, staff cooprative, breakfast very balanced. Rooms nice neat and clean.Food lunch and dinner available. Drinks also available. Guest friendly, no extra charge, located near walking street. Staff cooprative. Nice 1 st day experience.

On of the best hotel in pattaya..location is too much perfect.. Room are big and clean... Room service was great..beautiful lavish swimming pool.. beautiful smoking area near swimming pool..great lobby..great parking area.. i liked everything about this hotel..feels like home to me..
