This is a small little hotel a little hard to find because you have to drive through an alley to get to it. It is extremely close to walking Street. It is one of the older hotels here in Pattaya. But it is cheap and the room seems to be okay beds are very very hard. But it is quiet to where it's at. that's an advantage since it's so close to walking Street. Rooms are very dated they could use some improvements and brought up to date. Can't make the internet work and there is no TV service, but I don't care about TV service since I'm not here to sit in room.

Large room but with no windows and very old. I paid 600, you are much better off paying 800 for somewhere with a balcony and a sea view slightly further north up the beach.

Room is okay but pillows were very hard. Also AC was not working properly. No lift in the hotel. Toilet seats were very old.

I stayed here for 4 days, very near to walking street, I did not get street facing room as it was full. Breakfast was ok and over all service was good. Choose delux room it is much better than standard one I had upgraded from standard to delux.
You can travel across city in pick-up truck as rate is reasonable and best mode to travel, just com done for hotel and you get pick-up truck

Very nice and big rooms. Reasonable price. Hot water. Safe in the room. TV/aircon. Laundry service. Restaurant below. In the heart/center of Pattaya. Friendly staff. I was here already 25 years ago, then the name was "nice hotel". It's new renovated. Just try it, it's worth. I come again.

Nice hotel. No lift in certain part of hotel, but they help you to take the luggages. Nice restaurant on road facing. Close to walking street. Easy access to public transport. Complimentary water bottle (2 nos).
