I stayed here for a week (Sept. 2022).
The apartment was small but just right for what I needed. It had a lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony with a washing machine.
Two pools but the roof top pool not working for a month.
There are several guards around the property which makes it feel like a prison as the uniforms look like prison guards The place is full of tourists but not all the good kind!
Has an unsettling vibe to the place but I put it aside until the second day. Came out of the lobby and an English man was sat in the entrance shouting about a woman. He had a knife and was stabbing himself in the arms and neck! The previously mentioned guards where all stood watching as myself unaware and families with small children walked past him. My self and another person shouted to the families to stop and stay away but the guards did nothing!
If you want an inexpensive apartment in the heart of the city and don't mind who stays there and the unsettling vibe then go for it.
I would never stay here again!

The building is very close to the beach and well kept with good security. The lobby areas are also clean. Nice views of the city. You are right next door to the Pattaya night market, so if you are sensitive to loud noises / music at night….this is not your place. You are also close to good grocery shopping and laundry services. Good for a short stay but not for long term…4 stars based on the area.

Update 19/7/22: Rooftop swimming pool still not working, it's been closed for around 4 weeks already.

It might be good for a weekend, or short holidays, but not for long term stay.
Laundry equipment dirty and with access to anybody on the ground floor, including visitors or weirdos walking around, it should be restricted to residents.
Management do not check cameras, many mini parties, cans of beer and dirt left by rude people in the swimming pool and common areas.
Depending on what building and floor you live, the natural light will be gone around 4.45pm in a really sunny day. Choose city or sea view better.

Nice place to stay???? We recommend most beautiful condo in Tower A, swimming pool in Tower -B. We stayed 4days 3nights.Nice Sea view from Condo too. Condo was assist by Platoo a wonderful gentle lady????

We stayed on 24th floor of Tower A, the apartment was more than adequate in a fantastic location in the heart of Pattaya and as close to the liveliest nightlife Pattaya has to offer in Soi Buakhao.

My only gripe with this apartment complex is the mainland Chinese people who stay here all have terrible attitudes u0026 hygiene from hocking u0026 spitting in public to pushing in elevators before you've even attempted to walk out of the lift, that said this is a personal opinion and is of no reflection on the apartment complex itself.

The security guards work well and are strict. This condo is a very good location. And suitable for people who like to drink or like to go bar because this condo is adjacent to Soi Buakhao.

Its a great location to stay. Everything you could need is close by. It has good security and facilities, including two swimming pools, with one being on level 31 rooftop. It has amazing views. The rooms are a little small, but mine was well equipped with everything I needed. I would stay again or buy a small condo here.
