LK Residence (also called LK Renaissance) is a beautiful property and excellent choice for hotel in Pattaya. Unfortunately, it is still CLOSED at this time. :(

My stay at LK Residence last trip (pre-covid) was beyond wonderful. I hope it is back in operation soon. It is my first choice for hotels in Pattaya.

Things I liked about the hotel: the room was huge, lots of space to spread out. Had a king size bed with four very good pillows. These are some of the best pillows I've ever encountered in any hotel. And swimming pool I liked a lot, it was shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon. But the water was nice and cool and always refreshing.
Things I did not like about the hotel: is the location is very noisy. I guess there's not much you can do about that but there was live music and at night it was very hard to go to sleep without earplugs. The bathroom had a really bad smell.

Really good hotel in a good location. Arrived early than expected and was giving a better room/a suite with no extra payment for the night with no extra charge. (Maybe rooms were over booked, does happen) the suite was twice the size of normal rooms. Staff was very pleasant as well and helpful when needed.
Our regular room was good too. Not as but still very nice.
Refrigerators does come stocked with a variety of drinks at an additional cost with all prices listed on the fridge. There is a family mart located directly in front of the hotel. Also there is a nice massage area located directly next door called Paanan. Few bars are located on same street along with nice outdoor restaurants as well one being 24/7 which was a plus.
Some maintenance within the room was not as great but I could deal with it. Such as, hit and cold water was very finicky, took some time to adjust. Either you’ll get very hot water, or too cold. We did have a faucet that would not turn off no mater what you did. One faucet was not secured to the cabinet. The water pressure did feel a bit low for the showers but nothing to ruin a trip over. A few times it did feel like there was no hot water, like warm at best. But again compared to all the other things that were nice I’d say those were very minute issues. I’d definitely stay here again no problem.

As soon as I entered the hotel I was greeted with a big smile from the reception lady and that gave me my first impression of hotel which was very positive. As I entered the room I liked the overall atmosphere of the place, nice big room with big comfy bed, a flat screen TV, in room safety deposit box and a nice balcony. The hotel is located in a very central location annd close to most of the tourist attraction places. The only thing that I did not like was the very high Jacuzzi bath tub as I had to climb up to get into it and climb out of it with my wet body which might be very dangerous.

I've stayed at the LK Renaissance a few times and always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious but do not have any type of view. Market across the street, beer bars. Good luck in trying to a quiet room at this hotel. The breakfast is good enough for every nationality.
