Miserable staff, poor management. They locked the door to the upstairs seating area because of covid 2years ago. Yes you've guessed it, still locked ! Nobody has thought about how many customers they ate missing from allowing easy access from floor 2, or the danger of keeping exits locked in case of fire. It will probably stay unnecessarily locked for 5 more years

It is a good place. I am giving it 3 stars as it says they are open to 10pm. But it is 8pm. Wasted a drink coming late. Bit frustrating.

One of the most beautiful Starbucks in Pattaya that has 2nd floor with big space to relax.
