I made a reservation for Zoom whitening 3 days ago, but when I went to the clinic on the day, I was told, "we can't perform the treatment because we've run out of materials. we don't know when the materials will arrive. 1 week, 2 weeks later... we don't know". Of course, the clinic did not apologize. It's the worst experience. Crazy !!!

Review based on personal experiences with pros and cons.

Pros
Good affordable dental fillings, root canal treatments and wisdom tooth extraction. Friendly dentist and staff providing regular check ups through phone to ensure I felt well which was highly appreciated.
For those treatments I’d give 4 to 5 stars.

Cons
Beware of miscommunication(s)!
Thought they understood I wanted a Zirconia dental crown. Clarified with the dentist who gave price quotation for all treatments incl. Zirconia dental crown I gladly agreed on before beginning the root canal.
Realized weeks later (after departure from Thailand) I got standard PFM, not Zirconia as the gum swelling went down, metal rim got more and more visible causing issues such as temperature sensitivity during consumption.
For the dental crown and miscommunication I’d give 1 star only as the crown needs replacement causing me unnecessary expenses.

Customer service (long response time) claims I agreed on the standard PMF crown which is untrue.

Message to the clinic:
Please add detailed specifics (such as materials) than just general treatments on the bill(s) and improve your communication by repeating the agreements to patient(s) both orally and written to ensure everything is clearly understood correctly by both parties in order to reduce similar incidents with misunderstandings in the future.

Had a crown (ziconia) fitting with pattaya smile , on a implant , was very professional indeed, plus it looks like a real tooth, would recommend this clinic 100%
