First time of trying this coffee chain. The Cappuccino was very nice and my wife said the Mocha was the best she had ever tasted, mainly because the Chocolate was so nice and there were some dregs at the bottom which really rounded it off.
The barista was kind and patient with us when we changed our order. Will definitely us this chain in future.

Southern Coffee is located on the first floor of Terminal 21 in Pattaya. It is near the the AIS shop. The coffee is excellent. Brewed on an real espresso machine from freshly ground coffee beans. They offer snacks u0026 cake also. The staff is organized and understands English well. Different teas and fancy other drinks are on offer. Last Visit | 16. September 2022

It’s a nice location in the Terminal 21 mall and the seats are comfortable. However, the cappuccino I ordered was bitter and almost tasted burnt. Not good.

Coffee is strong. Service ok. Music (Thai songs) turned on very loud for staff via blue tooth. Not appropriate for coffee shop with majority foreign customers.

The only cafe where they charge 1o Baht for a tiny bit of milk when you order an Americano!!! And no water!!!

Terrible services. Staff very rude and not welcoming. Its already second brunch where customer just disturbing staff with coffee.
