Bitter and harsh coffee...and they charged B 10 (33 cents) for milk to add to my Americano, which was served in a chipped cup. Unacceptable!

This SOUTHERN COFFEE branch is on the 3rd level inside the Central Festival Mall near Asia Books. I found the Blue Mountain Cappuccino for 65 Baht very tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke very good English. There are many cakes, pancakes and other sweet treads on offer. My waiting time was very short. Definitely one of the best coffee shops inside the mall. Last Visit | 17.12.2018

Nice location on the second floor middle of the Central Festival Mall. I ordered a cappuccino. Unfortunately, it was bitter with a bad aftertaste. Maybe other drinks are better.

Bad service. Waited almost 20 minutes for my coffee because apparently they cater take away costumers higher. 5 take away costumers that came after me got served before me. You need to step up your service big time.
