Great customer service from booking to check out. Swimming pool and fitness facilities were both adequate and comfortable. The individual rooms had a balcony overlooking the beach which was a nice compliment as this weekend hosted the music festival and we could see it all happening from afar.
The only small issue with our particular room was the toilet, in which the water kept leaking. Apart from that, we will definitely be coming back in the nearest future.

One of my best Hilton stays of all. This property is beautiful inside and out, views are great, and rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything is quite well appointed and beds were comfortable for sleep. This is a high end resort property so expect those types of prices for food, beverages, etc. The prices were especially high for Thailand but the surroundings were so serene and the staff so welcoming I didn’t mind paying.

Breakfast is a must-have. Sit outside if weather permits!

Also dinner at Edge was really satisfied. Good quality food and wide variety.

The bar on rooftop was amazing too. Good vibe, decoration and drinks.

Overall service was great and warm. Only one thing can be improved more is the speed of check in and check out, we waited quite long time at lobby ????

Really recommend stay in Hilton in Pattaya! good location, service, food, and facilities ????????????

The hotel is in a very convenient location right in the beach front, rooms are all in good size and good view.
Very good service in both the reception and the concierge lounge. The lady checked us in is very nice and went thoroughly with us the facilities and benefit of being a Diamond member with Hilton Honers program. Ms Yu in the concierge was also very helpful in making arrangements for us and was very thoughtful in small details such as ordering in house dinning in the concierge lounge, which by the way has a beautiful view of the city and beach.
We will definitely return again.

Had a very comfortable stay at Hilton Pattaya. Very good breakfast, excellent service and perfect location. Always go for an executive room with lounge access. All day refreshments and evening cocktails at the executive lounge is worth the price. Can enjoy the sunset from all the ocean view rooms but it is really a beautiful experience in the special couch at The Drift restaurant.

Good: The location is perfect. Beach front in the middle of the beach. The area immediately outside the hotel has tons of street food options. The downstairs is a giant indoor mall. The view is amazing. The hotel pool and buffet breakfast are breathtaking. The staff was perfect except for the front desk staff as you’ll see below.

Bad: The check in and check out process is one of the worst I’ve seen. During check in, our room wasn’t ready so they took my drink order and had me wait in the executive lounge. This was great until the drink didn’t show up for 30 minutes after 2 reminders. The drink was just a juice and the lounge wasn’t full. During checkout, they have a marked lane for Gold/Diamond. After standing in this lane, they told me they weren’t using it so I had to stand in the regular line. Why have the marked lane if it’s not being used?

Also, we got put in a smoking room. There was an ashtray with matches on the table and the room had a faint lingering smell from cigarettes. At no time during the check in process was I asked if this was okay.

Right on the beach. I had an ocean view room. Big shower, big sink, all lovely and clean. I struggled with the air con, it kept randomly going off. Either way a lovely relaxing stay. Beds and pillows super comfortable
