Awesome place. Comfy beds, large rooms, nice swimming pool where you can chill with a cold beer in the afternoon. The area is close to everything but still quiet. The restaurant is affordable and stylish with friendly staff and all day breakfast.

A good point of this hotel is that it is rather off the main Pattaya town area hence it was rather quiet at night. However, it is still close enough to walk to the Central mall and it's surrounding area. It is also a short walk to the main street which are littered with pubs, massage parlors and restaurants. The room had good amenities and the service was great too. We had a leaky faucet and they immediately offered another room but their technician attended to it promptly so we didn't need the new room. They also assisted to arrange a taxi to the airport on our departure. A small gripe of mine with the place would be the towels provided, they were rather worn and stained so hopefully this can be addressed in the future. For the price and the location, will definitely consider staying here again for future visits.

Like the others state here, it's a nice and clean hotel with rather large rooms, swimming pool, good location (for Buakhao fans) and comfortable bed. Also, no noise at night from nearby venues etc. Why only four stars? My room was close to the service telephone, of which they have one on each floor to contact the housekeeping. I am not extremely sensitive to noise, but this phone was so loud it felt like one was sleeping directly next to it and it started to ring repeatedly from 8 in the morning when people started checking in and out. I complained with the staff but I couldn't change the room as hotel was fully booked. At least, after my complaint, they avoided to call on my floor until around 11 or 12 o'clock. It still happened sometimes and that phone was literally my personal alarm clock that woke me up every single day of my holiday.
I had a deluxe room which is the highest room category but I can't recommend booking it due to the chance one might get the alarm phone room I got, at least if you like to get up late. My experience was also the reason that I didn't choose this hotel again for my upcoming trip.
They have room cleaning until late afternoon and if they even had a pool bar and parasols around the pool it would be a perfect hotel for me, besides the phone issue.

A fantastic Hotel to stay on your vacation to Pattaya, Thailand!! The rooms are very clean...big....and well designed. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and attends to all your needs during your stay. Located very close to Soi Bhukhao which makes it very easy to reach out to all the clubs and bars and supermarkets.

The hotel was situated in a excellent location and all the facilites you would need for a short break or holiday. The decor inside the hotel rooms which are very clean and perfect and the little touch like putting in a microwave in each room kitchen sink and untensils is perfect for guest to use. Maybe a toothbrush and toothpaste is going a litte far out there but this hotel has everything else. The pool is a good size and the coffee resturant has excellent food and drink also going a little far out there I think should open until 9pm but that just me being a little extra.

Always been pleased with this hotel. Location is fairly central. Average sized pool. My favourite thing is the restaurant though, good for breakfast.

very rude woman receptionist. too many ants and cockroaches in the room. even though this situation, receptionist(man in nightshift) just laugh.
when check in, keep saying 20 min left. over 2.5 hours wait for check in. receptionist said "what can I do?" with angry.
