Very lovely, well run hotel. Have stayed here many times, very good location, close to everything you need, on a lovely soi. The hotel itself is probably a bit dated and could do with being updated in certain areas but saying that it provides everything you need and customer service throughout is spot on. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable, friendly, drama free stay.

This hotel is located on a very quiet road, but it was just a short walk to the action. My wife and I stayed here for eight (8) nights recently. Our room was nice and clean, and included a small balcony, however our shower had no hot water. Ironically, the bathroom sink had lots of hot water.
We were disappointed the restaurant was not open (not sure why). When I asked the front desk lady, she said because of 'covid,' but several other restaurants around Pattaya were open. Not sure if she meant 'they have not completely opened all parts of the hotel, yet.'
On our second day we went to the rooftop pool (there is no indoor pool as stated on Agoda), and noticed several guests were enjoying themselves. My recommendation - open the restaurant, at least for breakfast with a limited menu like 3-4 dishes. The hotel will make money if they did that.

Stayed 2 nights here. Easy check in, nice rooms very comfy bed with 4 pillows, pool on roof. Had the balcony room.. guest friendly. Very clean. Location is excellent for soi bakhoe and tree town.. restaurant not open yet. Good size bathroom, little negative would be shower is not power shower. Great price too. Cheaper than 4 star hotel behind which I stayed in too, which does edge it personally, but that is a newer hotel.. but definitely would stay here again

Been visiting this hotel for years. Rooms are big and clean, a pool on the roof, and the location is away from the noisy areas. Service is great, staff very helpful. Laundry, convenience stores along the street, a pharmacy next door, and a money exchange at the end of the street at the Soi Buakhao intersection. COVID-19 has closed the hotel restaurant, no idea when the hotel will reopen it but lots of eateries around so you will not have problems. After hours you can order GRAB food delivery for now. Great pricing on rooms.

2 star really. Rooms are OK but overpriced. Rude Staff, front desk ladies could learn how they treat customers at other venuws. More far from places than appears. Soi is pretty dead.

Good location, close to everything you need, but also quite at night.
Very clean and good size room.
