After I paid the cleaning lady, the bed linen was changed to more or less clean and the towels were given the same color. However, the pillows still smell. Very dirty windows and in the bathroom there is dirt and mold on the walls. They are cleaned only for a fee. The safe didn't work. Pros include wifi, air conditioning, dryer and a working refrigerator. The shower was located directly above the toilet, it was disastrously inconvenient to use, while everything in the bathroom got wet. The location of the hotel itself is, in principle, quite convenient. It is located across the street from the beach, but the place is quite noisy. All rooms overlook either the road or 2 noisy streets with bars and restaurants. At the reception there is often no staff at all, despite the fact that the hotel is always open and it is recommended to keep the keys at the reception so as not to lose them, for which of course you will have to pay. A deposit at check-in takes 2000 baht or $ 100, while there were problems when it was returned. On the last day of my stay, an acquaintance came to pick me up at the hotel and we went downstairs together for a deposit, which infuriated the owner of the hotel who was standing there. It turned out that visitors were banned and for this a fine of 500 baht. For a long time he refused to return the deposit and at the same time behaved extremely aggressively. By agreeing to pay the fine, I heard many unpleasant words from him. After which he returned me the entire deposit, saying that he wanted to punish me with this. I don't know how decent, non-conflict people cause such a reaction from the hotel management, apparently because such people rarely stay there. The episode spoiled both mood and karma.
To summarize, the main things that can be said about this place: dirty rooms, awful smelling bedding, lack of maintenance, noisy location, aggressive hotel owner, prohibitively large deposit and problems with its return. Do not stay in this place, do not spoil your stay.

Душ находился прямо над туалетом, пользоваться было катастрофически неудобно при этом намокало все что было в ванной. Расположение самого отеля в принципе достаточно удобное. Находится он через дорогу от пляжа, но место довольно шумное. Окна всех номеров выходят либо на дорогу, либо на 2 шумные улицы с барами и ресторанами. На ресепшене часто вообще отсутствует персонал, при том что отель открыт всегда и ключи рекомендуют хранить на ресепшене, дабы не потерять их, за что естественно придется заплатить. Депозит при заселении берут 2000 бат или 100$, при этом возникли проблемы при его возврате. В последний день пребывания за мной в отель зашел знакомый и за депозитом мы спустились вместе, что привело в ярость стоявшего там хозяина отеля. Оказалось что посетители запрещены и за это штраф 500 бат. Он долго отказывался возвращать депозит и при этом вел себя крайне агрессивно. Согласившись оплатить штраф, я от него выслушала много неприятных слов. После чего он вернул мне весь депозит, сказав что хотел этим меня наказать. Не знаю уж чем приличные, неконфликтные люди вызывают у руководства отеля такую реакцию, видимо потому-что там такие останавливаются крайне редко. Эпизод крайне подпортил и настроение, и карму.
Подводя итог, основное что можно сказать про это место: грязные номера, ужасно пахнущее постельное белье, отсутствие обслуживания, шумное месторасположение, агрессивный хозяин отеля, непомерно большая сумма депозита и проблемы с его возвратом.Не останавливайтесь в этом месте, не портите себе отдых.
