5 star for friendly staff. location. Rooftop seating. And price . The room itself is ok. Get what you pay for standard .I am not rating on just room quality . Or utilities etc .for that price and location and rooftop view you are getting an amazing deal .

The hotel's seaside rooms were spacious and simply furnished: two beds (double u0026 single), a mini fridge, closet, safe, a small old CRT television, and a couple of seats. The washroom was Thai style, with an electric water heater shower and no curtain. Air conditioning was adequate and especially necessary for the westward exposure to the afternoon sun. Getting the room made up had to be requested. The 3rd floor room had a narrow balcony, with a high barrier, so it wasn't possible to look out on the sea while sitting in the low plastic chairs. Additionally, it was very sooty from the adjacent road. As it's on the main road following the beach, noise can last well into the night and start up again around 6 am. One quirk in our room was the flashing disco light tucked into one corner. Staff were helpful and friendly and the entrance guarded through the night by a great older gentleman. No elevator. Easy access via the Baht Bus. 15 minutes walk from the Night Market. Beach with swimming area directly across the street. 7-eleven directly beneath. Lots of good food stalls in the area in the evening.

Pro.Cheapest beach front hotel I found on the web in jomtien just 50 meters across the street with private hot shower and mini fridge $ 9 per nite for budget room ????????Con.the front guy who incharge always on and off the premises shampoo and soap only on request bedding made from coconut fiber you feel like some small splinter poke through your back make your sleep really unforgettable and last thing but not least under the bed seems like never clean up forever I found bottle of water piece of plastic and ton of dusk and a cockroach in the bathroom so disgusting brwwww..... ????????

Ya good view of beach, beside has best Thai soup noodle 50bth at night, 711 shop below, bank ATM beside, 3min walk Thai jazz stall cafe

Really close to the beach and luminous appartement and not too expensive
