Great place, value for the money. Location is superb, with a lot of eateries, restaurants and bars. 7 Eleven in the same building. Own restaurant, big parking lot in the back. Nice interior, good elevator. Rooms are big, with king size bed, sofa, table, a refrigerator, TV, a small kitchenett with a sink. Small and dusty balcony. Nice bathroom with great hot water for shower. Long time deals might be available. And if you stay here, you are entitled to use the swimming pool along the beach road, at the Sea Breeze Resort, located approximately 1,2 km away from this place.
It may be noisy at times from both the road traffic, and from some of the bars where there are some loud singers at times.
A great fresh food market is also located very near this hotel.
Internet in the room is great.

The room are very big and clean and I can see a very clear view from my room when they shot national fireworks. Highly recommended
