Recommended for a cheap stay. Low season the direct price for a Deluxe Superior with balcony is just 400 baht per night ... approximately $11 including taxes but no breakfast at that rate but plenty of choices close by. Short walk to Markets, mini marts, bars, restaurants, the beach and Baht Bus taxi on beach road.

Rooms cleaned everyday and to a good standard. Recommended to walk 1 minute to Seven 11 mini mart on the corner to stock your fridge up with essentials and also toiletries for your bathroom.

For travelling further afield if not on the Baht Bus I recommend downloading the Bolt App for very cheap taxis.

Good value for money. Nice staff and a good location.
Take the 10-bath downtown - or the short walk to the beach. Lots of bars and good places around.
If you are there for a long stay the owner can also help you with apartments. Just ask in the reception.

Booked for 3 nights, but ran away after 30min. Unfortunately, didn't stay long enough to able to give a more detailed account of everything, as the heat and the strong smell of sewage in the room was too overwhelming to endure when in the state of sobriety. Hence an early departure at all costs became the only option to escape the four dirty walls and one stained couch, soaked in liquids and bodily fluids and with a gruesome past to tell. How anyone can run a business with so little or no conscience is beyond comprehension.

I chose this hotel for a two-night staycation. While I have lived in Pattaya for a long time I have never spent much time here in Jomtien. The hotel is located about 150 M from the beach and about 50 m from a large beer bar complex for those looking for night entertainment. The street it's located on has many small restaurants convenience stores massage parlors and bars.

Two nights in a superior Pool view room for 970 baht which included tax. This is a good price for the location of this property.

The room had a large flat screen TV good working air conditioning refrigerator free water and coffee and toiletries. It had Wi-Fi which was surprisingly very fast as much so that I could stream in my IPTV with very very little to no buffering. I would recommend this hotel I will for sure be using it again at some point.

Cheap, comfortable room, near the beach and restaurants, Cute housekeeper. That's all worth with the price we have paid, even tho outside it a little bit noise and reception not too friendly.

Not for family and kids. Loud noise outside the hotel, no much privacy as the swimming pool is shared by other tenants and people can see us via sliding door. Staff was rude at the check out. Not sure why.

For a little over 300thb its perfect. I have stayed in worse and paid more. It was clean, towels are new. I read another review saying the toilets are an issue. True the toilet is so close to shower door you have to sit sideways....but again 300thb. It was clean great location as so much night life right outside the front door. Its not a new hotel but once again for the cost its great. Beds are not soft but not hard. I think great for cost and sure others agree.
