Great no nonsense gym , good equipment and great feel about the gym.
Next to some great places to eat and good places to enjoy a drink at night

Had been a regular (casual) member of Paragon Gym @ Jomtien for years, but sadly no more. Didn’t mind it being on the smaller side, open air (and hotter then hell inside) with a 100 Baht entry fee. However, a few machines are now showing age (rust, faulty) while others appear homemade rather then any half decent known brands. In addition (and probably more for this reason) staff (female) are rude with very little (if any) communication skills. There are plenty of other gyms in the area costing a little more $$$ though they offer new equipment and decent customer interaction/communication. Don’t waste your money/time at this gym.

If you wanna sweat, here’s your gym. Hot as hell open air gym. 100 baht/day, so price is right. Ancient equipment and unfriendly staff TOP it off. Charge for water and towels and music sucks.

Many gyms nearby to choose from.
This gym is an open aired and small facility with old equipment and uneven floors.
The barbells have no knurling and the leg press machine is rusted (if one can quantify resistance via rust, go) leaving those who want to deadlift impossible.
The above is on top of being told to “set the weight down gently” during deadlifts of an RPE 6. Bicep curls u0026 mirror watching welcome.
