By the beach...
Plenty of food and shops.
Mostly of the boutique are open but no sales person.
Theres massage chair for 20bhat for 10 minutes.
Clean toilet if you badly needed. Overall it's a good place to go to shop and do some fun activities as Ripley's is inside the royal garden plaza

It's a beach side shopping mall. Major items are cosmetics, clothes, shoes. Good quality food outlet are situated here.

A lot of stores closed and very low traffic. Was going to grab lunch at the upper level but all the restaurants were closed. On the bright side it’s next to the beach and great place to get out of the heat.

It is an interesting place full of shops, cafes and restaurants. On the upper floors it is a playground which is very suitable for having a good time. we had a great time.

Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya is situated between Beach Road There are passageways to the court on one or the other roadside.

Assuming you're strolling on Pattaya Second Road (or Pattaya Saisong Road), and see a red plane caught in a structure, this is Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya. The plan of the structure is very striking when you see it interestingly, however this is on the grounds that there is Ripley's Believe It or Not! Gallery is situated inside.

At Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya is an amusement place where guests, all things considered, can have some good times. There are various shops, eateries with various foods, and furthermore attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not! Exhibition hall and Louis Tussaud's wax historical center.

I been here many times, but this time most of the shops closed, nice, clean mall and the food court is good, but it's close now.

Great place opposite the beach. Found great deals on clothes, live music performance and good fastfood chain.

It also houses many retail shops. Has good number of parking lots. Weather permitting, you can also have food in the pavement side facing beach
