No elevator and the owner put me on the highest floor. I asked him to change my room and he said he could give me a room with no balcony, which is not what I paid for. So I asked him if I could leave and that agoda agreed as long as he did for a full refund of unstayed time. After I left I did not get a refund and I am very upset he lied to me. Also the room is nothing good and not like the pictures they post on agoda. Surprised as this never happened to me in Thailand as people are honest. He just smiled and tricked me. ????
