I never saw their rooms. I only use their cyber cafe. Their reception room is at the same time a cyber cafe. Twice the usual price (40 Baht per hour), but quiet, good for internet work. No children running around or playing noisy games. You can really concentrate on your work.

Quiet location and great value for money.
Just around the corner from Nirun condo and a few minutes from Central pattaya.
Rooms are available for short stay up to several months long stay.
NO lift. Stairs are okay.
Ground floor is reception, dining and computer rooms.
Second level is actually the first accommodation floor.
Several options for rooms.
All are clean, spacious and comfortable.
Very happy with the place.

Brand new building, so rooms all immaculate. But at the time they not do short term let's only a month or longer. But that might have changed by now . Plus free WiFi

M Place in Pattaya; is small hotel located from the main scene. If you want a seclude place, this hotel can be your place. Motorbikes are the best source of transportation, unless the warm weather is in your side by walking to the place: it is a choice. Rooms are wide and equipped with microwave, refrigerator and some appliances. The hotel is located in the middle of a Hood. Safe area. There is a Big Issue; no elevator-lyft on the hotel. The hotel management should be aware that this is a red flag for the business. A medium investment for a elevator should be on the business plans. ????????????

little far from beach road and walking street, need a motorbike for travel but Nice staff, good servive, nice room, have a cafe shop and small restaurant in lobby, worth money. Dont forget to bring the brust tooth and cream for yourself.

Reasonable price, Good location. There is not too far from the beach, Comfy and fully-furnished, Nice and helpful staff and owner ☺????
