The rooms are specious, the bed is very comfortable. There are two problems with the room: 1. The bathtub (and shower that is in the bathtub) is very huge - it is very difficult to get out of it to the floor. I think it requires a stool or something to step on to get out.
2 because the hotel is very close to the beach there is strong wind that makes loud noise where the two window doors are closed but not 100% sealed.

The breakfast is excellent and recommended. Very large verity

The location is not the best, very few places in walking distance, maybe in high season will have more restaurants opened close to it. I was taking the 10 bath cars to get to Dontan beach, and fir changing money (no change at walk distance from the hotel)

Overall I enjoyed my stay and value for money is very good.

Had an excellent experience with this hotel, staff are too far too nice, professional and super polite, nice view.
I had a booking for staying only 1 night and supposed to be checked in at 2pm but i was busy and came check in at 4 almost 5, the room wasn’t finished and the cleaner couldn’t speak Thai or English I was so upset but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t always happen.

I still recommend everyone to stay in this hotel because it worths for the price, if any problems I’m sure they will be professional to fix it enough.

A good hotel.⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding in the fact that every room has a sea view. But the arrangement might be a bit delayed when you check in. But overall, it is considered a very good hotel if compared to the price.

You probably won't be able to find other hotels with sea view rooms for this price. Because most of the sea view rooms are more expensive. You are unlikely to be able to find a sea view room at this price in other hotels in Jomtien and Pattaya. The swimming pool has two floors. It’s very good. The car park is wide, there is a basement too. There are many security guards. I will definitely come back here.

I went to DIB. Excellent view point in D Varee Inspiration Bar with nice music make me happy. Cocktail and mocktail are good taste. Snacks is ok with reasonable price. The staff service is OK. The Bar is not cloudy, good for weekend.

The services are very poor and not up to the standard; My key card somehow stop working and it takes me 40-50 minutes to solve the problem. On top of that the front staffs seems to be poorly trained; they seems to not understand a single thing. Event, I spoke Thai(I am Thai people). Clearly, they weren’t trained enough and unprofessional.
Note
solving the problem wasn’t take so long but the prior guest check in took for an age.

Crazy shutting swimming pools at 7pm, why???? Tourists expect to use all these facilities, usual times open to 11pm or open 24hrs!!!! Otherwise 5 star experience

Perfect hotel! I really love view from here. Full service and facilities about Rooftop,gym,bar and restaurant, local food/cafe/Japanese restaurant in front of hotel, 2 swimming pool. ????
Price- acceptable! And closed with beach.
