Its a bit average in terms of being a bit older and run down but man. Great location. This gets a star just for that. We stayed there for a couple of months and such great access to 711s etc. Location location location

Very good location. Just walk 2 min. to beach. Near by 24 hr shops , restaurants , bus stop .. etc. If you want to rent a condo , ask for Mrs. Pranee(TomYum).

Still there and love it. Very quiet throughout the night. Good parking and very clean with the bonus of a one minute walk to the beach.

Rooms are small but clean. Building security is very good. Neighbors are quiet and the view is also nice.

All is fine, but no wifi here. Very big problem, if you need it.
