It was the only hotel that checked me in at 3 am without prior reservation. The staff is totally friendly the room and the bathroom were really clean. You can see it's an old hotel from the design but for a cheap 3 star hotel it was perfect they really helped. I advise everyone to book in it if you are on a tight budget.

Very close to walking Street. Old Building but services are good. Everything is clean. Mid Budget best Hotel at Pattaya City. Very near to Beach also...

Located on a main road, 150m to the beach road
150m to beach, 250m to Walking Street, 1.5 km to Central Festival mall, 7-11 1 block on beach

Very good location. The pool is amazing. Breakfast is delicious. The price is affordable. The room is old fashioned but clean. Wifi is rather annoying as it asks to keep logging in. Staff is friendly.

Nice place to stay. However the hotel is located in the middle of everything, it is quite and clean. The pool is good, very nice receptionists and has a very good 24h restaurant with reasonable prices. All in all, it is a good choice if u r planning to get a 3 star hotel and it is value for the money u pay. I read previous review s of the hotel, some of them were not positive, I think we should reduce our expectations to enjoy our stay more. Have a nice trip :)
