If you have a lot of money to burn, you’ve come to the right place. The staff are friendly and the treatment is professional but this is a falang money-pit. You can find all of the medicines available here in Soi Bakkhou for half the price, or less. Maybe you’d like the reassurance of having doctors and nurses prescribe and administer such substances. Fair enough, buyer beware. I had little to no help with any of the experimental peptides offered here. Staff are friendly and can communicate in English but there are only two doctors, one of whom is American and rarely there. The Thai doctor prescribed me a testosterone blocker
for acne while I was taking TRT treatment? They also pushed expensive anti inflammatories like
Celebrex for chronic pain, everything they pushed was expensive. Anything affordable I was told was junk and not use. Expect to spend 8000b for completele blood work. The blood work included with your TRT treatment is only your hormone labs. Anything else, you pay extra!

Just retired in Pattaya (59yrs old), decided to get a health check with complete bloodwork done and chose Maximum Performance Wellness to do so, honestly I thought they would end up putting me on TRT due to my general lack of energy, as that’s their business model, well my consultation with the doctor was very detailed and showed everything was good with with my blood work except for a high level of cholesterol… He suggested a healthier diet lifestyle and recommended some vitamins supplements including some for my cholesterol, instead of putting me on Lipitor or equivalent…

The whole team was very welcoming, professional and to me, what stands out in the name of the clinic is the word “WELLNESS”

Great facility! Dr Tim really knows his stuff. I felt better within 10 days just as told. It's so nice to have an American health care provider here in Thailand who really understands his patients. I recommend for any man looking for hormone therapy to seek this place out when in Thailand. I've been with them more than 5 months now.

(2.5 stars) Expensive! But not as expensive as within the United States. This clinic is essentially a testosterone mill (many places in the US are similar); You get a blood test, they educate you on testosterone, they help you manage your levels and they sell a one month supply for either self inject or service inject. After 3-months I stop using this place and opt for an alternative physician in Pattaya. Once you are educated you can do your own management by taking blood tests elsewhere. I'm satisfied with the up-start education, however you can save time and money if you use another physician. Their cost of supplying you a one month supply of (1) Testosterone, (2) Vitamin B12, (3) Vitamin D3, and (4) Arimidex - was quite high (10k Baht/month). For most, you don't need the B12 injections an Arimidex. I now mange myself, by purchasing testosterone elsewhere - and get my blood test at a local clinic.

Dr Tim is a quack he is not an MD, I had a very bad experience there with totally the wrong advice. The nurses are not qualified, it's a money making entiprese with chancers running it. If you want to increase your well being seek propper qualified advice. You can see by the faces of there patients everyone has a long face and looks angry and dissatisfied.
Don't make the mistake I did.
Stay away.
