Thanks to the nurses in the icu department I am alive after being given a ten percent chance of survival when I was unconscious.
The nurses were very polite attentive and could speak English
The doctor,whose name I can’t spell, saved my life by giving me the correct medication

Extremely poor Wi-Fi
Extremely poor choices of tv programs for foreigners

When I was in intensive care the quality of service was excellent.
Now can walk without help
I don’t recommend the extremely poor Wi-Fi nor the tv provided. The tv is set up by Wi-Fi and the reception is very poor flickering pictures most of the time and very few English channels

Arrived in morning with no appointment, hadn't eaten since previous evening in the hope to get blood tests done that morning. The service i received was impeccable, from being able to speak to a doctor within minutes to having multiple tests, an x-ray and ultrasound scan and receiving the results explained to me by the doctor together with recommendations and a course of medication, every member of staff who i spoke to spoke good English, including the parking attendant. The hospital looked spotlessly clean, was a quiet and calm atmosphere and staff appeared to be working together seamlessly.
Altogether despite it being a trip to hospital it was a very comfortable experience.. Thank you team ???? highly recommended...

Unorganized cashier department and the nurse's vaccine desk.
I went to the hospital for Moderna and flu shots. In response to my inquiry as to how much the flu shot would cost me and if I need to pay additional for the doctor who was supposed to see me before I receive the shot to see if I'm fit to get the shot. she answered "you pay only B500 for the flu shot".The nurse game me the related forms and directed me to the cashier for payment.I paid for what the cashier told me to pay. I saw the doctor and got the flu shot but had to wait for an hour and half for the Moderna vaccine . I was getting impatient for such a long wait I asked the nurse the reason. She didn't tell me the reason . She kept telling me just a minute . Finally after I insisted to know the reason for such an unreasonable wait time she said we don't have the vaccine available at the hospital and has to come from another hospital from long distance . Obviously I would've never agreed to wait such a long time had I known ahead of time that it would take an hour and half to wait .The hospital has advertised in several places for the Moderna vaccine and you would expect that they would have available. Finally the vaccine arrived I got vaccinated and went home. Few days later I received a call from the cashier who ordered me to come to the hospital and pay B 500 for the flu shot that they had forgotten to ask me to pay. The voice was demanding and not apologetic for their mistake. So I acted responsibly and paid B 250
for the taxi fare and went to hospital to pay . I requested to be reimbursed for my taxi fare because of their forgetfulness but they denied my request. I requested to speak with a higher up but they didn't allow me to do so. I asked around and spoke with a lady who said she's the manager and complained to her. She took some notes and told me to wait until she comes back. I waited for long time but she didn't show up I left my phone number with the reception desk to give her but I didn't receive a call from her . I left the hospital upset with unresolved issue. They also charged me an additional 200B for the form that the doctor filled out ,a charge that the nurse emphatically told me that would not happen when I asked her before seeing the doctor. I refused to pay this unfair amount . It was an unpleasant and upsetting experience for me.

Hurt my calf and ankle. Went to get it checked out. Nothing serious. Staff was good. Spoke English. Saw Dr. Who also spoke English. Basically I sprained my ankle. He wrapped it up with a bandage. Gave some cream. Nobody was there. I was there approximately 30 minutes. Cost was $3841.00 Bhat which I thought was rather expensive.

Poor quality my first time here I have to admit for 4 night because I got enteritis cost me around 50k and two days later the problem was worst so my mom had to take me to Bangkok hospital and pain another 50k and We had to call back to this hospital my mom was so furious and complained to the nurse in thai about how I almost died. Yes I have enteritis I got diarrhea and nausea at first I didn’t have any fever and my heart rate was normal and at the hospital my fever came up to 39c and heart was beating too fast. the second time was today I got my vaccine my appointment time was at 2:30 still now 15:38 haven’t went in for vaccine yet

Absolutely terrible service and none whatsoever consideration on who came to register first. Let my spouse with baby just stand and wait with nobody asking what is our reason to come over. Left to another hospital where we’ve received proper service. Will never come back to this place.

I’ve experienced the worst and inefficient emergency doctor from this hospital. I had a minor accident and the doctor didn’t even check the bruises on my head. He stood 1 metre away, asked me
few questions and that’s it. The nurses and other staff were fine but the doctor (young Thai male) did not attend to my medical needs efficiently.
