Great place for shopping with a wide range of items available at reasonable prices. You can eat here as well in the excellent Thai style restaurant or the coffee shops. It's next door to a huge Tesco store extending the range of goods you can get in the area.

I suppose the prices here are a little bit of a bargain if you have already decided you are committing to buying Western name Western name brand products. I'm fairly certain they have some seconds seconds and slightly off merchandise mixed in with the items, so inspect any item you are spending Significant money on closely to make sure it is manufactured and without any irregularities

This outlet mall is like a scale down of those other outlet malls that I have been to. It still has a good mix of products. The discounted price is competitive though not similar. Staff are friendly and helpful with good service.

Some good deals on Thailand made goods. Also Adidas, Guess, Lacoste and Timberland outlet stores to name a few. Sometimes it's difficult to locate staff to assist as one salesperson may be serving several stores. A bit unusual to a westerner, but a testament to the general honestly of the region.

It’s huge, lot of options especially for the clothing and footwear. So many outlets at affordable prices, and next to Tesco lotus, and also cheap stuff is available here. This place is usually crowded. But at night it becomes almost empty even though the other malls in the city are still crowded at the same time. It’s kinda look old or not upto the standard high end malls.
Parking and security is nice you can get Bhat busses exactly outside from this location in case if you wants to go to jomtein or to the Airport busses.
Needs to make some changes but still have good brands like Levi’s and all.
