It's an Amazing restaurant!! You can have One of the best quality Thai cuisine and American breakfast. The staff is friendly and knows exactly what you like to have and helps you with your food preferences. One of the staff Mr. Toon did a great job by serving us our perfect American breakfast ????

Came here for two morning breakfasts while in Pattaya over a long weekend. Place itself is comfortable and airy. Has a big menu with many different western style food plus a Thai menu. Food was ok and a good size given. Average breakfast is about 150 baht but there's plenty on the plate from eggs, toast, salad, sausages, beans plus all are served with either fresh coffee/tea and orange juice. Unfortunately the service could use some improvement.3/5 stars.

I order from Jolly’s on a regular basis through Food Panda and the is food is very good. However, my only issue is the staff seem to be very forgetful as they often send me the incorrect order. One time I ordered breakfast and they forgot to send me hot water for my tea. Another time I ordered a steak and mushroom pie and then they send me a chicken pie. Another time I order Arayess and they don’t send me any white sauce which is a must for this dish. Please Managers can you sort this out with your staff. Thank you. I will order again.

Very bad costumer Service, they Not even Care If a costumer has anything to complain!

About what i complain?
1. Your Arrogance
2. Your Ignorrance
3. Your Food

You even showed everybody with your answer how you handle complains of your customer. You Just blame the customers and Not even think about that your Stuff Made a mistake!

Yes my Girlfriend ordered spicy Food but that dont give your Cook the Green light to try to Bring Her into the Hospital. My Girlfriend is Thai and she eats all day Spicy Food and If she can Not eat your Food then your Food was Just uneatable and your Cook Just overdosed it!!!
But you still ignore our complains!!

A owner who really would Care about customers would handle complains serious and would Not ignore them!

I even told you to try the Food By yourself or your Cook but why Nobody did this??

You argueing with customers about a 160 Baht dish?? You really should think about this!

We will never come Back to your Restaurant and will not recommend your Business and that just because of your arrogance and ignorance!

It's a regular dinner, dine in place for me. I've also had breakfast here on occasion.
Good Food and prices. Also has middle eastern food options.
