I am a regular here. This restaurant is always packed and it is for a good reason. There is a wide range of Western food at different price points. The breakfasts are especially value-for-money. If you (or your Asian companion) fancy Thai food, there are options too.
Come before noon to get a table and fast service.

This place is overrated. Tom yum chicken with rice and omelette. In the tom yum maybe 10 gramm chicken. The Panini with tuna, toast a panini with old salad and tuna. What a joke no cheese, fresh vegetables or other things. They forget one order and the service not friendy.

In the center of one if the busiest streets of Pattaya, you'll find Chill Inn. Breakfast has reasonable prices, what can go wrong with egg and bacon? A safe bet.
Dinner ok, with western and Thai food to select from.
Location close to actions, being music bars, go go bars, massages with whatever service desired, nightclubs and actually only one block away from Pattaya Beach.
Service is friendly, not a high end place, but good deal for the money.
