Very nice hotel in a great practical location in Pattaya. Less than 10mins walk to the beach and walking street. Very quiet hotel, good sized rooms and lovely swimming pool. Downstairs rooms have a small patio at the back, good air con and clean rooms. Although a cockroach was running along the floor on the first night. Wifi in the rooms is very very poor, and hotel does not have any food facilities they tell you to go across the road to a cafe. Didn’t look very appealing so we went elsewhere for food. They charge 1000 baht a night but if you go through booking or a similar site you can get it for around 600-700 baht per night. Nice hotel just needs better WiFi and some sort of in house food facilities. Staff are friendly enough and the woman at reception speaks a decent level of English to have a conversation with.

Had a really bad experience staying at this hotel because of all the noise from the next door hotel adjacent to my room balcony. Room no.was 3204 and starting early morning there were voices of people talking loud, doing some construction and I couldn't sleep. When I complained to the hotel receptionist, she didn't care about my problem. Worst experience u0026 even worse customer service.

Great hotel especially for the budget traveler. Beware of malicious dogs in the area. If you see them in packs they will attack you. I was lucky cause I still got some speed lol

Budget hotel with swimming pool but room is not very clean. Difficult to get there by public transportation.
