If you're thinking of living here long-term then you may want to reconsider it, or at least have enough money for renovation because you WILL have to do one after living here for a bit.
I've lived in this condo for 6 years and I hate it, mainly because of the way everything is built, its absolutely awful, there are just so many major problems and the staff can't get anything done at all when you need them to. Very unprofessional and untrained.

This condo is trying very hard to make itself seem 'high-class' but it fact its very obvious its failing miserably, to the naked eye it may seem like this is a wonderful condo but it is not, it only looks fancy and thats about it.

But on the other hand, if you're thinking of only staying here not for too long then this condo is perfect.
Be it a trip with your family, or alone this condo has got a lot to provide, such as a lot of pools, sauna, gym, billiard, kids play room, library and a theatre.
I mean its got everything you need for a short term trip, and its located very conveniently close to the beach, a super market and other cool places.

So in conclusion, this place is only good if you're staying here for a short trip, not long-term.

Truly amazing condominium project.
The moment you enter, you will be speechless when you see the swimming pool.....
I have never see swimming pool which is theme based like this..
And, location is very good.
Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Fantastic facilities for kids with the pool(no food or drink allowed at pool strict), water slides, pirate ships. Gym and sauna too for adults. Corner rooms 93sqr m with great views off Pattaya Bay. Pool views quiet, pattaya Bay views noisy due to Thrapaya road(busy 247) . On baht bus route pattaya jomtien.

Great location in the Jomtein area. Reasonably priced apartments with a good reputation. Good security to get into the property.

This is a condo not a hotel. So do not expect any hotel facilities if you book for a short stay here (and short stay is illegal by thai law in this kind of places). The location regarding transportation is good with song taews running outside the main entrance in both direction towards Pattaya and Jomtien. 7-11 and pharmacy nearby. It is located in Jomtien but a 20-30 minute walk to the nearest beach (Dongtan). Nice themed pool. One bedroom units are smallish. Quality of construction is very cheap. Sound insulation between units almost non-existent, you can hear the next door neighbors loud and clear as if they were in the same room with you. Security is good.

Iu200b amu200b inu200b a 2 bedroom apartment. This is very spacy. Good if you have children. Very short to beach and to city. You have 7/11 and familymart supermarket in a short walking. You walk out to the road and there is bus to the beach or to the city. 10 bath for one person. This is not a hotel. This is condo. There is mostly 1 bedroom apartment. Go to airbnb and there you can book. I think this is 2 year old so every thing is new. Here are some photos.
Now I am here again in July 2022 and I am in 1 bedroom apartment. It’s no more than okay. I had one and after 3 day I needed to ask to get another apartment. The apartment starts to look old quickly. It’s a very good area if you are travelling with children. Do your research before you travel
