Part of the charm of this place is that it isn’t brand new. On the plus side, the units are quite large with a spacious balcony, a kitchenette and a comfortable king bed. The a/c is great. The staff is kind and very accommodating. WiFi is available at the open air front desk area. The pool area is wonderful. There is a grocery store next door with everything you need, including some rather upscale meat and French bakery items. There are some fantastic restaurants within walking distance, most notably, Gian’s Italian. The baht bus makes the rounds on the main road and beach roads on a frequent basis and for 10 baht you can ride just about anywhere it goes. 20 baht will get you to the modern Central Mall in Pattaya where an entire upper floor is devoted to eateries. On the down side, there are only a few things that might be a deal-breaker for some people at this resort. There is no WiFi in the rooms. You’ll have to use data/roaming on your cell phone or go to the lobby. Also, there is some construction of several villas going on near the pool (Nov. 2021). The hammering and sawing of about 10 local workers starts early. We were not bothered because we use ‘white noise’ while we sleep. The ‘2nd bedroom’ is a futon type bed in the living room, no couch. The rooms are not fancy but you have everything you need. We were pleased with our setup and would stay here again, mostly because of the pool, the a/c, the kitchenette, the location, and the very reasonable price.
