Only one charging point in the room. Very less lighting in the room after dark.
Rooms are quite spacious.
The best part is the hotel location and swimming pool.
Does not have room service.
Breakfast is average.
Hotel needs to update given their location and the amount of guest visit them.

Though I am giving 5 star, but i need to say one thing, they must improve the responsibility of every receptionist as because i have been harassed by one of your receptionist. The reason is that i have dropped the key in the drop box before going out of the hotel but after returning to the hotel they cant find the key rather they told that i forgot to drop the key and search in the room but in the next day at breakfast time when i told about the key immediately they handover the key to me. Full night i was fully tensed, didn't sleep well because i thought i might lost the key and have to pay compensation for the key but the key was in the reception department throughout the night.

we are their in last week,
Very poor service to indian people.

Very less food item served at breakfast.
Food quality is very poor.
Hotel accessories like tab door handle found in damage condition.
Room cleanliness was very poor.
Les service staff after corona

Receptionist and hotel managers attitude behaviour is very bad with us.

Don't stay in this hotel.

Hotel location situated heart of the Pattaya city. Room's are neat and clean. It is a 3 day stay, today is the second day. Yesterday I made one complaint about Bathtub. So for problem not solved. That's the only issue I faced so for.

Hotel is Awesome But the service is too bad.
As per Hotel Rule they provide 2 Water Bottles per day.
It was Very Disappointing that we don't even get 1 Water bottle on 2nd day.
After taking too many follow ups we received 2 bottles at 12:42 Am.

One of the oldest properties in Pattaya. Rooms are pretty old fashioned and needs a renovation. Food quality average but the location of the property is prime.

18 people from SANGLI India...we stay there 4days...best location ..the wifi service is very...very poor strength...only half bottle water supply at two clock... breakfast time 6 to 10 but swimming pool time..8..to.7......when we check out..the office 400 baths..from us the reason of pillow cover dirty fine..ok.. breakfast is good..front office best service...cleaning is..best...as per their time....
