All on-site VT6 agents of all the agencies try to bump up the rates significantly, by making up stories about millions of customers returning to Pattaya this year and having high demand. I wouldn't recommend negotiating online unless you know the apartment's owner and negotiate directly. Maybe better luck as a walk-in customer. Also nowadays VT6 is not the only building in the area with good location. Its surrounded with new condo buildings with less expensive prices especially for the long term stayers.
