Gazebo Resort, Pattaya

Its a good resort 3star. With a swimming pool next to the breakfast room which gives a nice view surrounded by trees and great sculptures around.
The resort is nearer to the main road and seemed bit empty, may be cause I went on weekdays.
A massage parlor within the vicinity of the hotel which are at your service in room.
The interior of the room was vintage but quite fragile too.

GIVING 2 STAR ONLY BECAUSE OF BELOW ISSUE -
The only problem was I left few of my belongings there and haven't received any reply from the management even after 3 times of followup.

Stayed from 1st Jan to 3rd Jan 2018. Horrible hotel. They charged us extra for using their plates/cutlery. Refused to provide complimentary tea coffee pouches saying that only 1tea allowed in the room. Disgusting food. Dirty lawns. Cheap quality bathrooms. Towels are torn and ripping out. Receptionist very very rude, couldnt answer a simple query of Happy Hours. Refused to take dinner order for an extra dish when we were dining.Pathetic.

We have our beautiful memories with this hotel , as it was our 2nd Anniversary. Room suits us well, the amenities was perfect for our gateaway. A good value for money, I would say. Of course I will back here again, I love their service with big smiles and friendliness.

Nice hotel and staff quiet friendly, they gave us 1 big family room, when we book for 2 room and ask for connecting room. Breakfast is almost the same every day, and the cleanliness could be improved, the didn't clean our room until we told them to.

Nice place to stay..only the rooms had really small insects may be because of environment out there don't know the reason...little bit of hygiene issue on beds n sheets due to them it was like small insects everywhere rest all like ambience room space washrooms all were good. Very peaceful place and economically good too. Breakfast is good specially for Indians they don't offer a wide range of options but whatever is they offer is fine to eat. Well behaved staff and location is also okay well connected to main road from where you can get public transport easily.

Experience was very bad. Morning receptionist very very rude. Non cooperative. Room service poor. Cheating people while checking out. No hospitality. Tourist are sitting in the lobby for hours. No water to drink, no proper washrooms while waiting at the lobby for hours. The staff is least bothered. Zero hospitality.

It is not star hotel and also not a resort misleading tourists. And one thing their check in time is 2pm and they will not give room even 1.59pm if u want they charge 500 but. Lot of cockroach red ants. Break fast is also not the mark. Staff is rude. It 2 km away from city and very difficult in getting taxi or tuk tuk. Advice not to go to this hotel.
