Forget comfort. Bathroom is terrible. Front desk has one answer. NO. Need change -no, need tour info -no, need taxi-no. It's too far to walk to any tourist stuff. I paid for 10 nights, left after 3. Probably won't see refund either NO. I think overall a very bad operation. Need management change to treat tourist as a priority.

The room was very cozy u0026 comfortable. The breakfast was too good, alot of variety.
The only drawback, they charge 100 bhat per hour for early check in.
They also charge you for any additional requirements (towel, blanket, etc)

They charge extra money for every service. They ask money for clean electric kettle.300thb for extra towel. They called local police for extra money.. looting indian people. Its very far from walking street pattaya. Took took not easily available from hotel. Dont book it. Staff is very rude.

Charge 100 baht per hour for early check in even though 33 minutes had passed into the first hour, Tuesday night 8th floor music pumped till 3am in the morning had to sleep with hairdryer on to drown the music out, there is a constant drooning noise that turns on and off every 10 seconds for about 5 seconds at a time all through the 8th floor , it's the worst hotel I've stayed in zero sleep, needed to get on a plane to go home to Australia at 10am would have been better off sleeping in my car,would never recommended this hotel to anyone unless you want zero sleep

Best place to stay ....Supporting staff...Clean rooms ....Hygienic hotel ....middle of the City and easy to access for Taxi for go anywhere......nice Gym and Swimming pool ....parking facilities available.....have a great experience....like to stay often ...and recommend for all ....family and friends...thanks

One small bedroom and attached bathroom and too small living room and kitchen in that apartment.prices was good but washroom less soo small in that apartment.you can eat breakfast in 150 thb and it’s worth.

Awesome rooms for Best price. Best hospitality. Language barrier is there but they will understand if we pronounce slowly.
