I've seen Dr.Nancy's cases, they're all gorgeous and of course, following the dental principle and reasonable. All her certificates are the real ones.
According to Bruno Labrunie's comment yesterday, it was absolutely not true. I've seen Dr.Nancy and Mr. Labrunie conversation via CCTV.

They're speaking english!!!!!

While Dr.Nancy asked about his problem before the dental work started, Mr.Labrunie wore a mask on his chin. Then Dr.Nancy asked him to wore the mask properly follow the Thailand public health policy due to Covid-19 situation.

It's impossible that Mr.Labrunie's teeth was ruin, because he was not even laid down on dental chair.
On ther other hand, the one with aggressive manner is Mr.Labrunie, not the dentist.

Finally, from the CCTV, Dr.Nancy politely asked him to leave because he was so angry and she cannot start the treatment.

Dr.Nancy was threatening by Mr.Labrunie's before he left.Then he posted negative and untruthful words in this post.

Worst experience ever ....
Agressive dentist(ladyboy)and not professional.
Ruined my tooth and it was so painful...
He did not apologize and did not fix it...
I guess he shows fake diploma...
Run away from there if you want to keep your teeth.
Not able to speak english too...
I have never experience something like this iny entire life.

I visited Dr Nan in October 2019, I had an X-ray, molar extraction, 3 bridge ceramic crown (no metal) and sonic clean, the total cost was around $2200.00 Aussie. Front incisor root pin broke (after previous repair at local hospital) and now an implant was the only viable course of action. After visiting several places, I settle on Dr. Nan (his nickname). Besides being license here, he attended a year of implant training at UCLA (California USA) and has good mastery of the English language. He was prepared to explain everything in writing and was most willing to answer questions without pressure or rushing you.

During the many visits, he took great care to reduce discomfort and to verify his work. Because this was a very visible area of the mouth he made a temporary bridge from flow-able resin. No one could tell I was having work done.

Please understand he certainly isn't the cheapest place around, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. What impressed me also was "no surprises" of up-charging for extras.

Dr. Nan has training from several of the major implant makers. In my case we decided on a mid range implant made by Anyridge. This was after much web investigation and consultation. I won't know for sure until years down the road if I made the correct decisions of doctor and device; but I am pretty sure I did.

Rushed into this clinic when our 2 year old daughter injured her gums. A very friendly doctor examined the injury and put our minds at ease, advising that it was a common injury, which should heal over time and that we didn't need to treat it. At the end, he even refused to charge a fee. Now, if this doesn't deserve five stars, I am not sure what does... :-) Thanks so much, Thai Smile Dental Clinic!

Got an implant and 2 crowns at a great price with great service. Dr.Nan really cares about you having a wonderful smile and he's very good about causing as little pain as possible and making you comfortable.

He is a very good dentist. It is accurate and very delicate in his work.
